JP is presenting three new patents related to its successful injection tandem control system for water and polymers, including surface applications, static and dynamic monitoring, and an improved polymer control system. This technology has significantly improved injection stabilization and control, as well as design and planning processes, helping to optimize operations and reduce costs by more than 50%.
The fixed-orifice tandem system differs from conventional variable spring regulators and single-choke systems. The technology is the result of studies and analyses conducted jointly with Ecopetrol since 2015, aimed at optimizing operations and reducing costs associated with poor valve performance. Field implementation and acceptance have taken more than six years, and we are currently reviewing potential principle and patent violations together with Ecopetrol, in accordance with our agreement and shared intellectual property.
Given the conceptual innovation and the excellent results achieved, we are open to negotiating additional applications and the use of this patented technology with other companies.
