This project focuses on the purchase of high-quality coffee, selecting beans that come from meticulous and sustainability-oriented processing processes, thus guaranteeing a minimum score of 88 in the cup rating. We will work directly with producers who adopt advanced growing and processing practices, ensuring not only excellence in coffee flavor and quality, but also support for agricultural communities and respect for the environment. Our goal is to offer a unique experience to coffee fans, highlighting the richness and complexity of flavors that only a specialty coffee can provide. The focus of the project is dedicated to the selective purchase of the highest quality parchment coffee, personally chosen by me, taking advantage of my experience as an expert singer. After careful selection, the coffee undergoes a maquila process in collaboration with a company certified by INVIMA, where the beans are roasted and ground with quality and food safety standards. The proposal is to provide an exceptional coffee, highlighting its unique profile of flavors and aromas, and guaranteeing a final product of superior quality that complies with all current health regulations. The focus is to improve the experience of each cup for the end customer, also encourages sustainable practices and supports the economic development of local producers.
